Abstract:
The reliability of blasting network has been paid wild attention, because of its effect on blasting.But the research achievements obtained at present can not be better applied to large-scale demolition blasting.Based on the study of many related literatures and the engineering example, the paper analyzes the three factors that affect the reliability of blasting network and the effection of demolition blasting.This paper puts forward a new method of reliability of blasting protection network based on jumper technology, and combines the actual situation of demolition blasting.The paper put forward an innovative method of the jumper wire technology to protect the blasting network reliability, compare and analyze the actual blasting effect, demonstrating its feasibility.The results show that: the factors of the reliability on the blasting network are mainly affected from three aspects, and the traditional technology can be used to eliminate its influence; for the large-scale demolition blasting project, the use of time delay of outer-hole blasting, jumper wire technology and material of soft can effectively improve the reliability of the blasting network; engineering application demonstrate the use of the appeal technique can ensure the reliability of the blasting network and the well blasting effect.It is well used of large-scale mining and other industries.
