    大型孔外延时拆除爆破网路可靠性研究

    Study on the reliability of large-scale outer-holes blasting demolition network

    • 摘要: 爆破网路可靠性因关系到爆破效果而受到广泛关注,但目前所取得的研究成果不能够较好的适用于大型拆除爆破中。基于对诸多相关文献研阅和拆除爆破实例,分析了影响爆破网路可靠性的三方面因素及其对拆除爆破的影响,创新性地提出了跳线技术这一保护爆破网路可靠性的方法,并结合拆除爆破工程实际,论证了该技术的可行性。研究表明影响爆破网路可靠性的因素主要来自三方面,且可借助传统技术手段消除其影响。对于大规模拆除爆破工程,采用孔外延时微差爆破,利用跳线技术和通过软性材料的压盖可有效提高爆破网路的可靠性。工程应用证明,利用上诉技术可保证孔外延时爆破网路的可靠性且爆破效果好, 可推广使用大型矿山开采等各行业。

       

      Abstract: The reliability of blasting network has been paid wild attention, because of its effect on blasting.But the research achievements obtained at present can not be better applied to large-scale demolition blasting.Based on the study of many related literatures and the engineering example, the paper analyzes the three factors that affect the reliability of blasting network and the effection of demolition blasting.This paper puts forward a new method of reliability of blasting protection network based on jumper technology, and combines the actual situation of demolition blasting.The paper put forward an innovative method of the jumper wire technology to protect the blasting network reliability, compare and analyze the actual blasting effect, demonstrating its feasibility.The results show that: the factors of the reliability on the blasting network are mainly affected from three aspects, and the traditional technology can be used to eliminate its influence; for the large-scale demolition blasting project, the use of time delay of outer-hole blasting, jumper wire technology and material of soft can effectively improve the reliability of the blasting network; engineering application demonstrate the use of the appeal technique can ensure the reliability of the blasting network and the well blasting effect.It is well used of large-scale mining and other industries.
