    • 摘要: 随着“一带一路”战略的提出,中国企业“走出去”的势头越来越猛。“走出去”的过程中矿山企业经历了很多挫折和失败,其中语言及文化差异已成为阻碍中国海外矿山企业可持续发展的重要因素。本文针对采矿工程专业国际化过程中存在的问题,基于采矿工程专业英语教学的目标,立足于采矿工程专门化英语教学,从学术和职业培养角度探讨现代矿业人才的培养模式,分析了当前采矿工程专业英语教学中存在的学习基础、学习主动性、学习资料、学习方法方面的问题,提出采矿专业英语的教学方法、教学内容、教学手段、教学师资和考核方面的一些改革的建议。同时在矿业才人国际化培养途径方面,指出办学途径多元化、培养模式层次化及教学过程语境化等具体实施方案。本文的研究可为采矿工程国际化教育过程提供一些借鉴和指导。

       

      Abstract: With the proposal and development of “the Belt and Road Initiative”,more and more China’s enterprises are doing business abroad.Among others,the mining enterprises have gone through many setbacks in the overseas development.The linguistic and cultural difference may be one of the key factors for the sustainable development of oversea mining enterprises.In light of the problems existing in the training of international talents in mining engineering and the teaching purpose of mining ESP,this paper explores the development mode for modern mining talents from both academic and professional perspective.After the analysis of the learning basis,motive,resources,and approaches of mining ESP,a reform proposal is worked out in terms of the teaching methods,content,staff and assessment.On the other hand,for the purpose of optimized development of international mining talents,specific patterns should be implemented,such as multi-sourced participation in organization,leveled training mode and context teaching process.This research may provide examples and suggestions for the future study of internationalized education in mining engineering.
