某露天矿边帮压煤回收开采方法选择

    Selection of mining method for recovery of under-slope coal in an open-pit mine

    • 摘要: 针对某露天矿浅埋特厚边帮压煤回收合理开采方法选择进行了研究。首先,对四种边帮压煤开采方式的优点、缺点进行了总结和分析;其次,从经济和安全两个方面对分层综放和整层综放2种采煤方法进行了对比分析和适应性综合评价。结果表明,井工平巷开采方式整层综放采煤方法可有效地解决多次揭露回采造成的顶板管理难度较大、煤壁片帮冒顶严重、煤层易自燃、边帮稳定性控制等问题,同时减少了巷道掘进工程量,避免了分层综放开采煤柱损失,降低了设备投入成本,减少了搬家费用,可大幅度提高煤炭资源回收率,降低吨煤生产成本,对开采埋藏浅厚度大、裂隙发育、易自燃边帮煤层的适用性更强,为类似赋存情况的露天矿边帮压煤的开采方法提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Research on the selection of reasonable mining methods for shallow-buried and extra-thick under-slope coal in an open-pit mine.First, summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the four under-slope coal mining methods; Secondly, a comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of adaptability of the layered fully-mechanized sublevel caving and whole layer fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining methods are carried out from the aspects of economy and safety.The results show that the underground whole layer fully-mechanized sublevel caving coal mining method can effectively solve the problems of difficult roof management that caused by multiple exposures, serious spalling and roof falling of coal wall, easy spontaneous combustion of coal seam, and the stability control of under-slope wall.At the same time, it reduces the amount of roadway excavation, avoids the loss of coal pillars in layered fully-mechanized sublevel caving mining, reduces equipment input costs and mining face moving costs.It can greatly increase the recovery rate of coal resources, reduce the production cost per ton of coal, and is more applicable to mining the under-slope coal with shallow-buried and extra-thick, fissures developed, and easy to spontaneous combustion.It provides a reference for the mining method of under-slope coal in open-pit mines with similar deposition condition.
