    矩估计理论下的最优组合赋权法在矿产资源评价中的应用

    Application of the optimal combination weighting of moment estimation theory method in the evaluation of mineral resources

    • 摘要: 为了提高矿产资源综合评价的可信度、科学性,提出了一种兼顾主客观因素的组合赋权方法。此方法以单一主、客观权重为基础,以综合考虑主客观因素为目标,基于矩估计理论建立最优组合赋权模型,通过求解主客观权重的相对重要性系数以及模型的最优解来确定指标的最优组合权重,在此基础上结合模糊理论,将矩估计理论下的模糊综合评价法应用于黄石市矿产资源可持续力综合评价中。研究结果表明:采用此模型所得最终评价结果更加科学合理,符合黄石市实际情况,在量化评价方面具有重要的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the reliability and scientific of the comprehensive evaluation of mineral resources,an integrated weighting method taking into account both the objective and subjective influencing factors is presented.This method takes the subjective weights and objective weights as the basic,and makes comprehensive consideration of subjective and objective factors as the object.With the optimal combination model created on the moment estimation theory,the optimal weight of index can be determined by solving the relative importance coefficient of the subjective and objective weight and the optimal solution of the model.On this basis,fuzzy theory is combined with this model and applied to the comprehensive assessment of sustainable mineral resources in Huangshi city.The results show that the outcome is determined by this synthetic evaluation method is more scientific and reasonable,which is in line with the actual situation of Huangshi city.The synthetic evaluation method has an important reference value in the quantitative evaluation.
