凿岩台车施工硬岩矿山巷道钻爆参数设计

    Design of drilling and blasting parameters for hard rock mine tunnel construction by rock drilling jumbo

    • 摘要: 吴集铁矿岩石属于很硬岩,在井巷掘进过程中,钻孔爆破均比较困难。为改善凿岩技术,提高生产效率,引进使用全液压凿岩台车作业;同时对凿岩爆破参数进行设计优化,通过分析,选用五空孔直孔掏槽和光面爆破技术;最后根据岩石性质,合理布置装药参数和装药结构,并对警戒范围进行理论推算,确保施工安全。方案实施后,施工效率以及安全性等方面得以改善,同时通过成本分析明确未来作业成本管控方向,为类似矿山提供借鉴经验。

       

      Abstract: The rock of Wuji iron mine belongs to very hard rock.Drilling and blasting are difficult in the process of roadway excavation.In order to improve rock drilling technology and production efficiency, full hydraulic rock drilling jumbo is introduced.At the same time, the parameters of rock drilling and blasting are designed and optimized.Through the analysis, five-hole cutting and smooth blasting technology are selected.Finally, according to rock properties, explosive filling parameters and structure are reasonably arranged.Blasting warning range is calculated theoretically to ensure construction safety.After the implementation of the scheme, construction efficiency and safety have been greatly improved, and the future direction of cost control has been clarified.It provides experiences for similar mines.
