    Situations and development trends of ore blending optimization technology

    • 摘要: 梳理了国内外配矿优化技术的理论成果,系统地分析了单一目标和多目标规划智能配矿优化技术在矿山生产配矿中的应用情况及效果,突出了系统规划方法和现代信息技术对提高配矿效果和效率的显著作用。针对矿山生产的约束条件复杂多变、矿山生产需求日益多样化和矿山企业可持续发展的战略目标,指出配矿优化技术将朝着多目标非线性规划、中长期动态配矿规划和提高配矿效率和可靠性的控制技术等3个方向发展。

       

      Abstract: Ore blending optimization technology at home and abroad is sorted out and inducted. And the application condition and effects of ore blending optimization technology are systematically analyzed in mining production based on ore intelligent blending optimization technology of single objective programming and multi-objective programming. The obvious role of system programming methods and information technology has been emphasized in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of ore blending. Considering the increasingly complex and changeable condition of mining production, the increasingly diverse requirements of mining production and the need of the strategic goals of sustainable development on mining enterprises, there will be three developing trends on ore blending optimization technology such as multi-objective programming, middle and long-term dynamic ore blending programming and the reliability of control techniques.
