我国县域碳酸钙产业高质量发展研究:以广西壮族自治区兴业县为例

    Study on high-quality development of calcium carbonate industry in county area of China:a case study of Xingye County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

    • 摘要: 碳酸钙是一种传统的无机盐化工产品,广泛应用于塑料、橡胶、涂料、造纸等领域。随着近年来碳酸钙产品同质化、资源配置低端化、发展滞逆化等问题日益严重,技术含量低、性能低下且功能单一的碳酸钙产品已经无法满足目前碳酸钙产业高质量发展的需求。为解决目前碳酸钙行业发展面临的问题,本文以广西壮族自治区玉林市兴业县碳酸钙产业为例,在分析国内外碳酸钙产业发展现状的基础上,调研了兴业县石灰岩资源开发利用现状,以国家及政府相关政策为指导,以市场需求为导向,以国家行业法律法规及标准为准绳,以资源节约与产业高质量发展为核心,对新形势下兴业县高质量碳酸钙产业发展进行思考,为我国建设高质量碳酸钙产业集群规划设计提供理论指导。

       

      Abstract: Calcium carbonate is a traditional inorganic salt chemical product, which is widely used in plastics, rubber, coatings, papermaking and other fields.With the homogenization of calcium carbonate products, low-end resource allocation, backward development and other problems becoming more and more serious in recent years, calcium carbonate products with low technical content, low performance and single function can no longer meet the needs of high-quality development of calcium carbonate industry.In order to solve the problems faced by the development of calcium carbonate industry, taking the calcium carbonate industry in Xingye County, Yulin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example, based on the analysis of the development status of calcium carbonate industry at home and abroad, this paper investigates the development and utilization status of limestone resources in Xingye County, guided by relevant national and government policies, guided by market demand, and guided by national industrial laws, regulations and standards.Taking resource conservation and high-quality industrial development as the core, this paper considers the development of high-quality calcium carbonate industry in Xingye County under the new situation, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the planning and design of building high-quality calcium carbonate industrial clusters in China.
