    The technology and application of blastability classification basedon brittleness index and matter element theory

    • 摘要: 为解决爆破效果差的问题,本文根据矿山生产情况的反馈,提出了能够综合反映矿岩爆破特性的评价指标——脆性,经落锤试验确定脆性系数,并将其与岩石容重、抗拉强度一起作为可爆性判别指标。应用物元可拓理论,建立岩体可爆性物元模型,通过层次分析法和简单关联函数法确定主客观权重,对矿岩可爆性进行了评判,得出待评岩体的可爆性级别。在此基础上优化爆破参数,并通过爆破漏斗试验进行验证。最后,将其应用于该矿中深孔爆破中,矿山爆破效果得到了明显改善。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor blasting effect,this paper based on the analysis of mine blasting,introduces brittleness modulus,which can synthetically evaluate the characteristics of ore blasting,and determined by the drop hammer test.The classification criterion is established in terms of blastability evaluation index,which can be jointly determined by brittleness,rock unit weight,and strength of extension.The matter element model,is modelled utilizing matter-element's extension theory,and the evaluation of blastability of the ore is carried out according to the subjective static weight and the objective dynamic weight,which can be obtained by using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and the Simple Correlation Function Method,respectively.Then the grade of blastability of the rock mass can be determined.On this basis,the blasting parameters are optimized and then verified by the blasting funnel test.Moreover,these optimized parameters are applied in the deep hole blasting in this mine,which can obviously reduce the ore boulder yield and greatly improve the effect of mine blasting.
