    Decision model for the coal-electricity-aluminum industry chain and its application based on the aspect of supply-side

    • 摘要: 煤炭产业供给侧结构性改革和去产能化要求迫在眉睫,本文从产业链结构优化的视角研究煤炭产业供给侧结构优化问题。在对煤电铝产业链进行结构性分析的基础上,分析了煤电铝产业链系统的决策目标和约束条件,建立了煤电铝产业链结构优化的0-1混合整数优化模型。该模型以产业链系统整体利润最大化为目标,具有以下功能:优化煤炭板块的商品煤生产数量、结构以及商品煤销售去向;优化电力板块的生产规模和销售去向;优化铝板块的各类铝产品的产量和结构;优化铝板块的供给侧能力结构。最后应用模型进行了实证分析,研究表明该模型具有科学性、系统性和有效性的特点。

       

      Abstract: The structural reform of supply-side aspect and reducing the production capacity is urgent tasks for coal industry chain. This paper tries to study the problems of the structural optimization of the supply side in the perspective of industry structural optimization. Based on analyzing the structure of the coal-electricity-aluminum industry chain, we analyze the decision objective and the constraint conditions and establish a 0-1 mixed integer optimization model of the coal-electricity-aluminum industry chain. This model is designed to achieve maximization of total profit for the coal-electricity-aluminum industry chain. The model has the functions as following: optimizing the production quantity, structure and sales for the coal sector; optimizing the production quantity and sales for the electricity sector; optimizing the production quantity and structure for the aluminum sector; optimizing the production capacity for the aluminum sector. Finally, the model is analyzed by examples.Results show that the model has the characteristics of scientific, systemic and effective.
