Abstract:
The structural reform of supply-side aspect and reducing the production capacity is urgent tasks for coal industry chain. This paper tries to study the problems of the structural optimization of the supply side in the perspective of industry structural optimization. Based on analyzing the structure of the coal-electricity-aluminum industry chain, we analyze the decision objective and the constraint conditions and establish a 0-1 mixed integer optimization model of the coal-electricity-aluminum industry chain. This model is designed to achieve maximization of total profit for the coal-electricity-aluminum industry chain. The model has the functions as following: optimizing the production quantity, structure and sales for the coal sector; optimizing the production quantity and sales for the electricity sector; optimizing the production quantity and structure for the aluminum sector; optimizing the production capacity for the aluminum sector. Finally, the model is analyzed by examples.Results show that the model has the characteristics of scientific, systemic and effective.
