    我国气化用煤煤质评价指标体系构建研究

    Study on the evaluation index system of coal gasification quality in China

    • 摘要: 不同气化工艺、不同气化炉型对煤质的要求不同,若选择不当,会导致煤气化装置生产指标下降甚至不能正常运行。因此,本文通过实地调研我国煤化工企业的技术发展现状,详细收集和分析了气流床粉煤气化炉、气流床水煤浆气化炉、流化床气化炉和固定床气化炉对配煤煤质的要求,结合有针对性的采样测试分析工作,对比现有评价指标存在的不足并进行补充和完善,更新了原有气化用煤煤质指标要求,首次建立起一套符合中国目前国情的气化用煤煤质评价指标体系。

       

      Abstract: Different coal gasification processes and different types of gasifier have different requirements for coal quality.If the selection is incorrect,the production index of the coal gasification plant will decline or even fail to operate properly.Therefore,through the investigation of China's coal chemical industry technology development situation,the requirements of coal blending in entrained flow furnace,pulverized coal gasifier,entrained flow gasifier,fluidized bed gasifier and fixed bed gasifier are collected and analyzed in detail.According to analysis of the sampling test and compare with the shortcomings of the existing evaluation index,we update the requirements for the previous coal gasification index.In the end,we set up a set of coal quality evaluation index system for coal gasification according to China's current situation for the first time.
