The application of activated carbon adsorption-atomic absorption spectrometry in Tajikistan gold mine

    • Activated carbon adsorption-atomic absorption method was used for the determination of the Kumaerke gold mine in Tajikistan.By aquaregia, activated carbon riched gold, and then the gold solution was extracted and fixed volume, and finally the flame atomic absorption spectrometry determined gold content. This method has the advantages of convenient and fast, less investment in equipment and small pollution. The author elaborates on the practical application of this method in the gold mine in Tajikistan. The experimental results show that the relative deviation between the results of activated carbon adsorption-atomic absorption method and foam plastic adsorption atomic absorption spectrometry are within the allowable relative deviation range, and the passing rate of the external inspection samples is over 95%, and the repeatability and reproducibility are good.It is fully applicable to the determination of gold content in geological samples.
