    Optimization of crude oil pipeline operation based on time-of-use electricity price

    • In order to reduce the electricity cost, a mathematical model of daily electricity consumption for variable frequency optimal operation of pump based on time-of-use pricing system is established.The optimization results show that it is not the maximum throughput in the valley period, and the minimum of peak electricity fee is the lowest by the restriction of pump efficiency, pipeline condition and output task and other factors.To use the atmospheric temperature changes will lead to the natural geothermal change in the buried depth of the pipeline, the optimal delivery scheme in different quarters will also be changed.
