Safety analysis of Kazakhstan’s supply of uranium to China’s

China’s domestic uranium production can’t meet the needs of the future large-scale development of nuclear power industry.As a major investor and China’s largest natural uranium import country, stable supply of Kazakhstan’s uranium resources is important to the sustainable development of the nuclear power industry in China.Based on the analysis of the status quo of uranium resources in Kazakhstan, this paper analyzes the status and influencing factors of uranium supply to China, indicats that after 2025 Kazakhstan to China’s uranium export capacity has been unable to meet China’s annual demand for uranium resources, the future of Kazakhstan’s uranium mining competition is becoming increasingly fierce and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions:to increas exploration, raising domestic development; to expand import channels, establish appropriate reserves; to deepen strategic cooperation, expand overseas investment.
