Analysis of the type of mineral geological exploration contract

The mineral geological exploration contract has a strong technicality and few people argument the issue in academic circles.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and the purpose of mineral geological exploration, and analyzes briefly the concept of mineral geological exploration contract, subject and content.Then, the author puts forward and analyzes the issues that how to define the subject of mineral geological exploration and what major contents should be included in mineral geological exploration.An example is given to analyze the difference between technical service contract and the contract for work.By comparing the characteristics of the contract for work and of the mineral geology exploration contracts, draw a conclusion that the mineral geology exploration contract should belong to the type of the contract for work.Further,the author analyzes several legal problems that the mineral geological exploration contract as the contract for work should pay attention to.The problems include that the hirer has the rights to terminate the contract, the work of exploration may not subcontract, the mineral geology exploration contract shall not apply to the regulation on lien.
