    Optimization and application of sensitized process for BCJ-3 bulk emulsion explosive charging truck

    • In order to improve the slow speed and unstable detonation performance of BCJ-3 bulk emulsion explosive charging truck in winter in the northern area, the sensitization process was systematically optimized.The low temperature sensitization process was changed into high temperature sensitization process, the matrix formula and sensitizing parameters were adjusted accordingly, and the position of sensitized mixer was adjusted.After optimization, the charging temperature of 60-70℃, sensitizing solution concentration of 1:8, adding about 1%, cold winter conditions of 10 min foam explosive density can reach 1.15-1.20 g/cm3, 4 200-4 500 m/s produced by explosive detonation velocity, showing good application effect in the open hole blasting in small diameter.The results show that the high temperature sensitization process is an effective technical means to enhance the stability of BCJ-3 bulk emulsion explosive charging vehicle in the northern frigid zone.
