Theoretical analysis of enterprise-oriented reform of state-owned geological exploration units

On the basis of public products theory, supply and demand theory, organizational change theory, resource-assets-capital theory, this paper analyzes the geological work product classification, supply and demand structure, organizational change way motivation and resistance, and resource-assets-capital integrated management under the new normal.With the characteristics of technical, service or information, geological work products can be divided into public geological product, quasi-public geological product and non-public geological product.Such as, constitutes the basic theory of geological exploration units reform.Overall, the demand structure change is the root cause of the reform of geological exploration units.Expanding effective supply and reducing inefficient production is the inevitable choice of enterprise-oriented reform for state-owned geological exploration units.
