Current situation of exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources inHainan province and countermeasures for industrial development

The sea area of Hainan province is rich in oil and gas resources and has great prospects for oil and gas development, and Zhu-3 depression in Pearl River Mouth basin which is located in the northern waters of South China Sea, Qiongdongnan basin and Yinggehai basin, which have the highest degree of offshore oil and gas development in Hainan province, are one of the main production areas of offshore oil and gas in our country, promoting the development of oil and gas industry which based on the oil and gas chemical.With the aid of the advantages of the resources, location, policy, market and so on, Hainan's oil and gas industry has developed rapidly, forming a certain industrial scale, however, there are still some problems, such as weak foundation and incomplete supporting system, and the participation of Hainan in the oil and gas industry also needs to be improved.Therefore, Hainan province should take the initiative, strengthen communication, strive for rights and interests, give full play to its own advantages, and promote the sustainable development of the oil and gas industry.
