Aiming at improving the recovery of primary alloy, the secondary grinding products properties were analyzed by means of main elements determination, XRD, optical microscopy analysis, SEM-EDS and MLA, and the recovery necessity of primary alloy in secondary grinding products was determined.Detailed magnetic separation experiment of secondary grinding products was done, and the optimal magnetic separation conditions were determined.Results show that the sulfur content of magnetic concentrate is 11.59%, the direct recovery rate of Pt, Pd and Au is 77.01%, 70.50% and 69.58% respectively in the optimal magnetic conditions.Increasing magnetic flowsheet of secondary grinding products can not only ensure the recovery of fine-grained primary alloy but also achieve a premature collection of alloy.
