Research on performance evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements transformation in geological survey

Based on the “input, process, output, effect” evaluation model, this paper analyzes and identifies the factors affecting the performance of geological survey scientific and technological achievements transformation, and establishes the performance evaluation index system of geological survey scientific and technological achievements transformation according to a series of principles of performance evaluation index system.By combining the analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy mathematics, a multi-level mathematical evaluation model is proposed to evaluate the performance of geological survey scientific and technological achievements.The triangular fuzzy function in fuzzy mathematics can effectively avoid personal preference and judgment fuzziness, and the weight of each index is determined, thus enriching and expanding the research methods for performance evaluation of geological survey achievements transformation.
