    Geochemical characteristics of Yuechengling intrusive rock and prediction of rare metals

    • Based on the Program of the Investigation and Evaluation of Rare and Scattered Metals in Yuechengling Area of Hunan Province, the geochemical characteristics of the distribution and enrichment of the elements in the Yuechengling intrusive rock are analyzed by using regional geochemical data.This paper indicated that the resource potential of rare, the tungsten and tin metal in Yuechengling intrusive rock is huge.The resource potential of two important geochemical anomalies areas is predicted using the analogy method, which shows that the amount of Rb2O metal of the two anomalous areas up to the industrial grade will be more than 2 000 tons.
