    The empirical analysis of undergraduate research training programbased on scientific research base

    • The undergraduate research training program is one of the most effective ways of improving the comprehensive strength and the social competitiveness and conveying innovation talent of universities to the community.This paper establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of research training in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications through the analytic hierarchy process and the advantages of undergraduate research training program based on scientific research base and team, and then designs targeted survey questionnaire to investigate the status of the current undergraduates research training program, which made recommendations and considerations for research training program.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model convert quantitative results to qualitative indicators, reflecting the research situation from five areas of innovation, integration of study and teaching,production transform,organization management,scientific research accomplishment.Based on the findings,this paper put forward some measures to promote the development of undergraduate research training program, such as propaganda, training cycle, research funding, management system, resource allocation and mentor role.
