Mineral analysis and refractory reasons of fine ore of Ansteel Gongchangling beneficiation plant

Using the ZEISS Sigma500 scanning electron microscope and the automatic mineral system(AMICS) to analyze the mineral characterization of before flotation between Ansteel Gongchangling beneficiation plant and Ansteel Qidashan beneficiation plant.The results show that Gongchangling mineral refractory reason are that siderite content and Chlorite content is high, 1.34% and 1.52% respectively; the second reason is that dissemination partical size of siderite is fineness, and there is much intergrowth of hematite and siderite in magnetite.It is a great significance to develop ambient temperature collector of refractory hematite.
