Abstract
For a copper-silver mine, the useful components in the ore are low in copper content, associated with precious metal silver of high content. The ore composition is more complicated, the metal distribution is uneven, the mud content is high, and the copper oxide inlay is finer in size, which is a difficult copper oxide ore.The experiment researches on fineness of grinding, the dosage of reagents and mineral processing. The test results show that the flotation reagents system of sulphide ore and oxidized ore mixed flotation is simple and it has a good flotation index. When the -0.075 mm fineness of grinding is 90.77%, for raw ore the adjusting agent water glass dosage is 500 g/t and lime dosage is 500 g/t, vulcanizing agent sodium sulfide dosage is 300 g/t, collector Y89 xanthate dosage is 100 g/t, amyl xanthate dosage is 100 g/t, ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate dosage is 80 g/t and Z-200 dosage is 20 g/t, the flotation mineral process of "sulfur-oxygen mixed float one rough and three scavenger and three stages of cleaning" is adopted to carry out the sulfur-oxygen mixed flotation copper-silver ore and obtained the concentrate grade of copper is 26.89%, and the recovery rate is 89.39%, the obtained the concentrate grade of silver is 2 320.30 g/t, and the recovery rate is 88.35%.
