    Slope stability prediction of open-pit mine based on GA-BP model

    • Aiming at the problems of inadequate applicability and large error of existing research methods in evaluating slope stability of open pit mine, the BP neural network is improved based on genetic algorithm, and a prediction model of slope stability of open pit mine is proposed.The model is transported by volume weight, cohesion, internal friction angle, slope inclination, slope height and pore pressure.The safety factor is taken as the output variable, and then the model is used to analyze open pit slope examples.The performance of the model is compared with that of the traditional BP neural network prediction model.The results show that GA-BP model is effective in predicting the stability of open pit slope, and has the advantages of small error and high calculation accuracy.It provides a new method for accurately predicting the stability of open pit slope.
