    The social responsibility of transnational mining companies in the perspective of stakeholder theory

    • The stakeholder theory is the main theoretical support of the corporate social responsibility,which indicates the responsibility objects and clears the responsibility contents.Based on the stakeholder theory as guidance, this paper firstly defines the transnational mining companies social responsibility initially; secondly, analyzes the international, hierarchical and complex of the stakeholders in the international mining companies from the perspective of stakeholders; thirdly, studies and explores how to maintain the interests of the host governments, the corporate shareholders, and the local communities, and how to learn to communicate and tell responsibility story well.It will be conducive for the transnational mining corporates to understand what is the social responsibility of the transnational mining corporates and how to fulfill the social responsibility of the transnational mining companies more comprehensively, which making the Chinese mining enterprises “go out” consciously in theory and sober in practice in fulfilling the social responsibility of transnational mining corporates.
