Suggestions on exploitation and utilization of nonmetal mineral resources in Anhui province

With various types of nonmetal mineral resources, especially limestone, calcite, pyrite, alunite and others at the top of China, Anhui province has superior geological conditions and abundant resources with huge potential for exploration and utilization.While remarkable achievements have been made in the development and utilization of nonmetal mineral resources during recent years, several problems remain in this area, such as unreasonable mineral rights setting, low utilization rate of some resources.Most nonmetal mineral exploration and utilization in Anhui province belongs to primary processing with low added value.In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for rational exploration and efficient utilization.
