Study on the evaluation system of comprehensive utilization efficiency of phosphate resources

The comprehensive utilization efficiency of mineral resources is to maximize the utilization efficiency and benefit of mineral resources in the process of exploiting and utilizing mineral resources.The resource consumption and environmental pollution caused by waste discharges can be reduced.When the benefit of mining enterprises is improved, the benefit of resources, environment and society can also be improved.In this paper, the present situation of phosphate mineral resources is analyzed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the index system for evaluating the comprehensive utilization of phosphate resources is set up.We can intuitively evaluate the comprehensive utilization of different phosphate rock resources from four aspects of resource efficiency, economic efficiency, environmental efficiency and social efficiency by the index system.The paper puts forward suggestions for improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of phosphate resources, including increasing utilization of the coexisting and associated mineral and solid waste, increasing research and development investment of mining technology and improving the preferential tax policy.
