    Water yield property prediction model of aquifer based on logging data: a case study from Yingpanhao mine field in Ordos area

    • Owing to the lack of hydrogeological test data in Yingpanhao mine field in Ordos area, and it is difficult to evaluate water yield property effectively.The paper takes logging and experimental data to predict the distribution of effective porosity of the aquifer on the plane.According to the geological condition, two indexes of aquifer thickness and effective porosity are selected to form the evaluation system.The entropy weight method is used to build the two-indicator prediction model of water yield zone.The model is verified by pumping test and the actual data have shown that the prediction model of the water yield zone is reasonable.It shows that the model is simple, reliable and of high practical value.And it provides a new method for the evaluation of water yield property of aquifer.
