Abstract
With the ammonium sulfate as leaching agent, the dynamic leaching experiments of ion-type rare earth ores with different ammonium sulfate concentration and particle size are carried out.The results show that the higher concentration of ammonium sulfate, the higher concentration of rare earth ions in the liquid phase. With the increase of reaction time, the concentration of rare earth ions first increase rapidly and then tend to be stable. The ion exchange process is decomposed into the process of desorption of solid rare earth ions and adsorption of liquid ammonium ions. The linear reversible dynamic adsorption model is used to describe the adsorption process of ammonium ion in liquid phase, and the effect of desorption of rare earth ions on the adsorption of ammonium ion in liquid phase is considered.Combined with the experimental data, it is find that the λ1 of the model decreases with the increase of ammonium sulfate concentration.
