Experimental research on flotation of a low-grade scheelite ore

The research on scheelite depressant is carried out to improve the grade of skarn type scheelite roughing concentrate and reduce the cost of subsequent heating concentration.The scheelite roughing concentrate with a grade of 4.04% and a recovery of 84.21% is obtained by using self-developed organic depressor WT-1 through mixing two roughing concentrate.The WO₃ grade of scheelite roughing concentrate is increased by about 1 time, and the cost of heating concentration can be reduced by nearly half with the roughing concentrate recovery rate unchanged.
