Research on performance evaluation index system of supply-side structural reform of coal industry in Shanxi province

In order to evaluate the performance of supply-side structural reform and promote the benign development of coal industry in Shanxi province, this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of supply-side structural reform of coal industry in Shanxi province.The weights of each index in the evaluation index system are determined by analytic hierarchy process and evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the analysis of evaluation indexes, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the supply-side structural reform of coal industry in Shanxi province, such as eliminating backward production capacity, ensuring the quality and quantity of supply, reducing debt risks, turning losses into profits, reducing production costs, improving production efficiency, accelerating scientific and technological innovation, and enhancing market vitality.
