Study on the development of special human capital in coal industry based on the Cultural Theory of Five Circles

Coal industry is the high risk industry.It requires high technical talents, and its construction and development of talent team becomes more urgent.However, because of the inherent characteristics, there are inherent difficulties in the cultivation of special human capital in coal industry.Based on the careful analysis of the connotation, attribute and significance of the special human capital in the coal industry, combined with the concrete practice in coal industry, and guided by the “Cultural Theory of Five Circles”, the paper puts forward to pay more attention to the study on the training mechanism of the special human capital in coal industry.
