Analysis of the trend of tin resources in China and its enlightenments

Tin is one of the Chinese strategic metals and is widely used in the fields of aviation and aerospace, national defense and high-tech manufacturing.Although tin is rich in China, declining of domestic prospecting investment, numbers of new mines and production of recycling tin threaten the security of national tin supply.Based on features of domestic tin resource, new discover of ore exploration, and supply and demand trend, this paper discusses that to increase input for prospecting and exploration, to strengthen comprehensive utilization and to establish global supply network, are very important for guaranteeing the supply security of tin in case of international conflicts happened in the future.
