Countermeasures of ecological compensation mechanism construction of oil and gas resources exploitation in western China

Qingyang city is rich in oil and gas resources, and has made some achievements in environmental protection and ecological compensation for oil and gas resources development.However, there are still some problems, such as incomplete supporting legal system, unclear responsibility of ecological compensation subject, incomplete compensation amount for compensation object, imperfect compensation standard system and single compensation method.Therefore, it is urgent to establish a scientific and reasonable ecological compensation mechanism.In view of the existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from five aspects:ecological compensation legal system construction, compensation subject, compensation object, compensation standard and compensation mode.Through exploring the ecological compensation mechanism of Qingyang city oil and gas resources development zone, this paper tries to establish an ecological compensation mechanism suitable for western China oil and gas resources development zone.
