Research on risk management of state-owned mines from the perspective of comprehensive risk management

In the complex economic conditions nowadays,the uncertainties of production and business environment of state-owned mines are growing.Thus we must enhance our strength to prevent and resolve risks.From the aspect of overall risk management, we summarize the framework and system of comprehensive risk management.We have established the risk management organization system with full coverage of all staff under the leadership of the board of directors.The company’s organizational structure is main framework, the business of functional departments is risk scope, risk influence is a four-level, three-tier management structure for risk classification.The whole process of risk management mainly contains risk information collection, risk assessment, risk management list, supervision and audit and other three aspects.The long-term comprehensive risk management mechanism based on four-level, three-tier and one-way monthly monitoring, quarterly checks, half-year supervision report and annual summary report has excellent operational and reference values.
