    Leaching copper and zinc from lead copper matte by pressure oxidative leaching

    • In order to recover the copper, lead and zinc resources in lead copper matte and soot effectively, the feasibility of recovering copper and zinc is discussed by flotation test and sulfuric acid pressure leaching method.The results have shown that it is difficult to separate copper and lead from lead copper matte by froth flotation, and the copper-lead leaching effect of lead copper matte alone and leaching of lead copper matte and soot can achieve better copper-zinc leaching effect, and the mixing treatment index of lead copper matte and soot is better.Under suitable conditions, the copper and zinc leaching efficiencies can reach 88.25% and 95.46% when the lead copper matte is leached separately.When the lead copper matte and soot are mixed and leached, the copper and zinc leaching efficiencies reach 94.40% and 99.65%, respectively.Even if the leachate is leached several times, and the copper and zinc leaching efficiency can be maintained above 83%.The concentration of copper and zinc in the solution after the circulation of leachate can meet the requirements of the subsequent process.
