Abstract
Due to the lack of effective load spectrum, the load of mining truck frame is usually estimated, which will cause the reliability and economy of the vehicle cannot be guaranteed.In order to solve these problems, the thesis firstly establishes a three-dimensional model of the whole vehicle, uses Adams dynamic analysis module to build a virtual prototype of the whole vehicle, uses mathematical statistics method to determine the safety factor of the calculation object, and sets up typical working conditions for dynamic simulation, on this basis, obtains the dynamic load of the frame.Finally, the finite element model of the frame is established, and the stress of the frame is calculated based on the dynamic simulation load.When the actual load spectrum cannot be extracted, compared with the load estimation method, the strength calculation method based on virtual prototype can accurately calculate the longitudinal force of the frame under different working conditions, which is helpful to obtain the strength calculation results with higher reliability.
