Study on GMI theory model of coal enterprise production and management

Under the new normal background, the coal industry has experienced a rapid development period of “golden decade”, and many coal enterprises have experienced a series of problems such as structural transformation difficulties and unreasonable resource utilization.In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprise structure and the vision of safe, efficient, green development, this paper extends the connotation of the professional operation mode advocated by China at this stage.Based on relevant theoretical researches, this paper establishes the theoretical framework of Goal-Model-Innovation (GMI), innovatively constructs the“three-oriented”operation model and TMC innovation system, and actively explores the new management mode of production and operation of coal enterprises.Finally, this paper takes the Hecaogou coal Co., Ltd.as a case study.
