The rock of Wuji iron mine belongs to very hard rock.Drilling and blasting are difficult in the process of roadway excavation.In order to improve rock drilling technology and production efficiency, full hydraulic rock drilling jumbo is introduced.At the same time, the parameters of rock drilling and blasting are designed and optimized.Through the analysis, five-hole cutting and smooth blasting technology are selected.Finally, according to rock properties, explosive filling parameters and structure are reasonably arranged.Blasting warning range is calculated theoretically to ensure construction safety.After the implementation of the scheme, construction efficiency and safety have been greatly improved, and the future direction of cost control has been clarified.It provides experiences for similar mines.
