Strategic layout of fluorite mine in state-owned enterprises

Fluorite is widely used as a strategic mineral in China with abundant resources.By the end of 2018, China’s fluorite reserves stood at 42 million tons, accounting for 13.55% of the world’s total reserves.There are mainly small and medium-sized private fluorite production enterprises in China with small scale and scattered.At present, the fluorite price is higher, the production enterprise profit is richer.Based on the survey of fluorite resources in China and the world, the development and utilization trend of fluorite and the existing problems, the supply and demand of fluorite and its forecast, and the relevant policies of fluorite industry in China, this paper analyzes the feasibility of fluorite industry layout of state-owned enterprises.In the future, the development potential of fluorite industry is larger, and the current situation of the industry does not match the national strategic mineral positioning.In order to give full play to the advantages of state-owned enterprises, it is proposed that state-owned enterprises should lay out favorable areas for fluorite industry.
