    Study on the path of green and sustainable development of mining enterprises from the perspective of “resource-asset-capital”

    • The development of mining enterprises in China is faced with increasingly tight restrictions on resource reserves and environmental protection, and its development faces vital problem.In order to explore the development path of Chinese mining enterprises in new era, this paper sorts out the problems faced by Chinese mining enterprises, taking the integrated management of “resources-assets-capital” as an innovative development perspective, and it constructs a coordinated development model of the coupling of integrated management of “resources-assets-capital” and environmental protection.Taking Fenghuang mountain silver mine in Guangxi as the empirical object, this paper analyzes the problems existing in this mine with the method of explanatory structure model, and constructs a sustainable development system of coupling “resources-assets-capital” and environmental protection for Fenghuang mountain silver mine, the results show that:there are some problems in Fenghuang mountain silver mine, such as small reserves of resources, strict environmental protection and enterprise core capacity constraints.The results show that Chinese mining enterprises carry out the coupling development mode of integrated management and environmental protection, which is conducive to breaking through the bottleneck of enterprises development and realizing the green and sustainable development of enterprises.
