    Efficiency simulation of integrated production logistics system for underground coal mining, dressing and filling

    • The integrated production system of coal mining, sorting and filling is used to carry out coal mining, washing and filling of gangues in the downhole, which not only improves the transportation efficiency of main shaft, but also reduces the environmental pollution caused by gangues.In order to enrich the theoretical research on the integrated production logistics system of coal mining, sorting and filling, and explore the key factors affecting the efficiency of the logistics system, this paper uses the method of system dynamics to construct the index system of influencing factors and predict the change trend of the system efficiency level.Taking a certain mine in Shandong province as the object of empirical study, through the simulation study and comparative calculation, the actual influence rate of each main link of integrated mining, mining, washing and filling on production level is emphatically analyzed.The simulation results show that in the four main links of integrated production of coal mining and filling, including personnel technology and management, material transportation, mining and filling production, and safety prevention, the level of material transportation and the level of underground production are the key factors affecting the whole system.Secondly, in the downhole production process, the actual utilization rate of coal mining and washing capacity is the largest, which is 0.123 and 0.149 respectively.Therefore, the key to improve the production level of the whole system is to improve the coal mining efficiency, strengthen the input of underground coal washing machinery and equipment and solve the production process bottleneck.
