    Research on construction mechanism of green mine based on cost effectiveness:taking Mabian county as an example

    • Green mine construction is a path choice and inevitable requirement for the green development of the mining industry.It is a realistic choice to adapt to China’s special resources and the specific development stage of the mining industry.Based on the connotation and perspective of pollution control economics, based on the analysis of the dual choices of mining enterprises that are not only pursuing production profits but also facing the development of industry norms, the article introduces cost effectiveness into the field of green mine construction research and establishes relevant economies.Theoretical model to analyze the “business behavior-market mechanism-social response” of green mine construction.Taking the construction of green mines in Mabian county as an example, the article points out that green mine construction has a significant effect on the increase of business operating costs in the short to medium term, and will continue to decrease with the investment in scientific and technological innovation in the medium and long term.Mine geological environmental pollution is not transmitted through mineral product prices.Governance of mine geological environment is a government choice to deal with non-monetary externalities of pollution; the social response of the policy has a positive impact on the development of green mines by mining enterprises, and relevant suggestions are made accordingly.
