Discussions on management innovation of state-owned mining enterprises

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:“Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which is the new historical orientation of China’s development”.In the new era, state-owned mining enterprises how can undertake the new historical mission, better play the role of basic industries, give full play to the role of the main force of state-owned enterprises, and shoulder the major responsibility of guiding and promoting the development of national mining industry.In this regard, starting from the characteristics of state-owned mining enterprises, combined with the responsibilities and obligations of state-owned mining enterprises in the new era, this paper discusses the urgency of management innovation of state-owned mining enterprises and the new requirements of management innovation of state-owned mining enterprises in the new era.From the aspects of corporate governance, technological innovation, new connotation of safety and environmental protection and corporate culture of state-owned mining enterprises, this paper analyzes and discusses the management innovation of state-owned mining enterprises.This paper holds that the state-owned mining enterprises must innovate in management in order to adapt to the requirements of the new era, become the world’s advanced enterprises and play a fundamental role in the development of the national economy.
