Analysis and suggestions of gold resources prospecting situationin China from 2009 to 2019

Gold is a special precious metal with dual attributes of commodities and finance.The article comprehensively analyzes the basic situation of gold mine prospecting in China from 2009 to 2019 from the perspective of the stock and increment of gold prospecting rights, exploration fund investment, drilling workload completed, identified resource reserves, and newly discovered minerals.The article also analyzes the prospecting situation of typical gold companies.It gets three conclusions.Firstly, gold mine exploration in China is still in a downward path, and the rate of decline is higher than the overall level of non-oil and gas minerals.Secondly, some indicators show that gold mines and the entire non-oil and gas mineral exploration in China are showing signs of stabilization, but it is expected that the bottoming and adjustment will still take some time.Thirdly, although the reserve-production ratio of gold mines has continued to rise in recent years, my country's gold mine resource exploration situation is still not optimistic.In response to the current downturn of non-oil and gas exploration industry in China, the article proposes some suggestions that doing a good job in reserving mining rights transfer blocks, intensifying the transfer of prospecting rights, improving the mining rights transfer income system, and promoting green exploration and development of mineral resources.
