    Study on the technology of dust production in high-deep straight shaft

    • Through the analysis of the impact wind current and impact dust generation process during the unloading process of the high-deep straight shaft in Xiadian gold mine, the pressure relief measures suitable for the unloading of the shaft are proposed, and the impact wind speed is reduced to less than 10 m/s.On the basis of pressure relief, high-efficiency wet dust collector dust purification measures are used to control the impact dust generation.The practice shows that after the pressure relief dust removal treatment measures, the total dust concentration in the exit tunnel of the well is reduced from 600.8 mg/m3 to 12 mg/m3, the dust reduction efficiency is 98%.The concentration of respirable dust is reduced from 166.7 mg/m3 to 8 mg/m3, and the dust reduction efficiency is 95.2%, which effectively solves the problem of impact dust pollution and provides the references for the return of dust from metal mines.
