    Application of integrated weight and fuzzy synthesis in blasting scheme optimum selection

    • Under the condition of using conventional step blasting parameters, according to the characteristics of less data, poor information and uncertainty system of the double blast mine No.2 mine step blasting scheme, four sets of blasting schemes are established.The objective and subjective weights obtained by the method of group G1 and the method of entropy weight are fused by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the ideal point method.Reducing the impact of single subjectivity on decision-making, the four groups of blasting schemes are comprehensively judged and the decision is made.At the same time, the nonlinear dynamic analysis software ANSYS/DYNA is used to simulate the post-decision scheme model.The stress value of the interval detonation equidistant unit in the stepped hole is analyzed to determine the rock yield strength, and the field industrial test is carried out.The actual working conditions show that the gray analysis method is scientific and effective, and can guide the blasting optimization to a certain extent.After the blasting, the bottom plate is leveled without obvious roots and meets the mining requirements of the mining equipment.It is feasible in Shuangli iron mine.
