Discussion on the supervisory effectiveness of the information publicity system of mining rights holders exploration and mining

The implementation effectiveness of the information publicity system of mining holders for exploration and mining in the past three years has the practical significance.Contrasted with the 《Measures for the Publicity of Exploration and Mining Information of Mining Owners (Trial Implementation)》, based on the public literature on the effect of implementation and combined with the browsing of exploration and mining information publicity system of mining owners, this paper discusses the supervision effectiveness of the system after implementation.The implementation effectiveness in reducing management costs, solving the problems of accumulated mining administration and social public supervision has been preliminarily demonstrated.There are some design defects in the spatial scope's supervision of mining rights, working mechanism, public participation and punishment measures.This paper puts forwards some suggestions for improvement.Nevertheless, the information publicity system is effective for the supervision of mining rights.
