Abstract
In this paper, 12402 working face of the second 8.8 m super high mining height of Shangwan coal mine, is taken as the engineering background.This paper firstly introduces the main equipment used in the super high mining face, such as shearer, hydraulic support, scraper conveyor and emulsion pump station, which have obvious characteristics compared with the mining equipment in low mining face in terms of equipment weight and mechanical design.Secondly, based on the theoretical conditions of forming “voussoir beam” structure, this paper focuses on the reasons why it is difficult to form “voussoir beam” structure in the main roof in super high mining face compared with low mining face.It is considered that the severe influence range of super high mining face is wider and the Δ value in goaf is larger, and “two bigger” can cause the shortage of horizontal thrust T which is necessary for forming “voussoir beam” structure, so the broken rock blocks are not easy to form “voussoir beam” structure, not just the reason of the larger of Δ value in goaf.In addition, the current support design of large section setup room of super high mining face is introduced.Then, the stress state around the setup room is analyzed, which is used to provide references for support design, so we can reduce the influence of surrounding rock creep on normal mining.Finally, by using the “two bigger” obtained from the study, some suggestions are put forward for the production organization during the initial mining period of the mining face.And it is considered that the influence degree of the large-scale goaf group formed in the early mining on the subsequent mining face, the future rationality of the coal pillar that width is 25 m now and the measurement of the original rock stress field in Shangwan coal mine should be the next research focuses.
