    Design of mine intelligent safety helmet

    • Safety helmet is the necessary protective equipment for underground workers.The traditional helmet only has head protection function, which can not predict the surrounding environment actively, and can not realize the personnel positioning and wearing supervision.Based on the research of coal mine internet of things technology, a mine intelligent safety helmet intelligent terminal system is designed.The system integrates the functions of personnel positioning, environmental information collection, wireless communication transmission, abnormal wearing alarm and so on.With STM32F103 microprocessor as the control core, RFID high-performance indoor positioning technology is used to realize personnel positioning in complex mine environment; toxic gas detection, temperature and humidity sensors are equipped, and detection pressure is used for early warning of wearing abnormality, and the above information is transmitted to the ground monitoring center through wireless communication.The concept design of intelligent safety helmet system is carried out.The system realizes the monitoring of miners' working environment information and underground personnel positioning, which is of great significance in the field of coal mine safety monitoring in China.
